No. INTI Transfer is a private transport company: we only provide the vehicle and driver. If you need an official guide we can put you in contact with local professionals we've worked with, so you decide and contract them directly. The guide's service is on their own account; INTI Transfer does not guarantee their work nor assume responsibility for the quality of the guide.

How long does the driver wait?+

The service covers the full day. The driver waits at the parking lot during your whole trek. Agree on an estimated return time at the start of the day.

Do you carry oxygen?+

Yes, all our vehicles for high-altitude routes carry an oxygen tank and drivers are trained to assist you.

What happens if it rains or snows?+

The service runs as long as the road is passable. If the route is closed for safety, we reschedule at no cost or refund what was paid.
