2. Services offered
We provide private transport services in the Cuzco region and connecting routes. Our service is limited to providing the client with a vehicle and a professional driver. We do not provide tour operator services: we do not include a guide, meals, entry to archaeological sites, or trekking equipment, unless expressly stated in the booking confirmation.
3. Bookings
- The booking is considered confirmed once the required full or partial payment is completed and the client receives the voucher by email.
- The client is responsible for providing accurate information: full names, passport or ID number, flight or train number, hotel, contact phone, and number of passengers.
- Incorrect data may generate additional costs or prevent the service from being delivered, with no right to refund.
4. Fees and payments
- Prices are shown in Peruvian soles (PEN) and US dollars (USD) calculated at a reference exchange rate. The actual charge is made in the currency selected at payment.
- All prices include VAT (IGV).
- We accept the payment methods indicated on the website.
- We apply surcharges for night service, pickup outside the Cuzco city center, or additional stops, as detailed when booking.
5. Cancellation policy
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policy is governed by the Cancellation policy document, which is an integral part of these terms.
6. Client obligations
- Be punctually at the agreed pickup point.
- Follow the driver's safety instructions.
- Keep your seatbelt fastened during the trip.
- Do not consume alcoholic beverages or illegal substances inside the vehicle.
- Do not smoke inside the vehicle.
- Be responsible for your own luggage and personal belongings.
- Pay for additional cleaning or damage caused to the vehicle, if any.
7. INTI Transfer's obligations
- Provide the service with a vehicle in good mechanical condition, with up-to-date documentation and valid insurance.
- Assign a driver with a professional A-IIIc license.
- Meet the agreed schedules with the tolerance indicated for each service.

8. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for:
- Loss or theft of the client's personal items.
- Delays caused by force majeure (weather, strikes, landslides, blockades, government orders).
- Injuries arising from activities carried out by the client outside the vehicle (trekking, climbing, adventure sports).
- Changes in health conditions due to altitude sickness, except in cases of our gross negligence.
Our maximum liability to the client is limited to the amount actually paid for the contracted service.
9. Insurance
All vehicles carry valid SOAT and supplementary tourist transport insurance (SCTR), in accordance with Peruvian regulations.
10. Consumer rights
The client enjoys the rights recognized in the Consumer Protection and Defense Code (Law 29571). Complaints may be filed in our Virtual complaints book.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes apply to bookings made after publication, not to already confirmed bookings.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent Conciliation Center and, failing that, before the courts of Cuzco, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
