Cancellation policy

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule once at no cost if you notify us more than 72 hours in advance (24 hours for transfers).
  • Additional reschedules incur an administrative fee or are treated as a cancellation.

Special cases without charge

We reschedule at no cost or refund 100% if:

  • The route is officially closed for safety reasons (landslide, strike, municipal closure).
  • Your flight or train is cancelled and you notify us before the pickup time.
  • There is a health condition supported by a medical certificate, submitted before the service.
  • Force majeure under the Peruvian Civil Code.

How to cancel or reschedule

  1. Access your booking using the code you received by email.
  2. Select Cancel or Reschedule.
  3. Indicate the reason if the cancellation falls under a special case.
  4. You will receive email confirmation within 24 business hours.

Refund timing

  • Card payment: refund credited to your card within 5 to 15 business days.
  • Yape or Plin: refund to the same account within 1 to 3 business days.
  • PayPal: refund within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

Changes initiated by INTI Transfer

If for a reason attributable to us (vehicle breakdown, unforeseen driver absence) we cannot provide the service:

  • We assign a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible.
  • If that is not possible, we refund 100% of the amount paid.
  • We compensate with a voucher equivalent to the delay or inconvenience.

Validity

This policy applies to bookings made from the last updated date onward. We reserve the right to modify it; changes do not affect already confirmed bookings.
