Service itinerary

Hour by hour.

  1. PlanningWe plan the retreat with the community: dates, round-trip transport and a support plan.
  2. PickupWe pick you up at your hotel in a 4×4 toward the Q'ero community (4,400 m).
  3. DuringWe stay coordinated with the community guide and keep a support vehicle for an emergency return.
  4. ReturnOn the agreed date we pick you up and drive back to Cuzco.

Notice

INTI Transfer provides transport only. The ceremony and the maestra are arranged directly by the client. If you ask, we can refer maestras we've worked with, but the agreement is between you and the maestra.

What's included

  • Private vehicle just for your group, never shared
  • Local driver with a professional A-IIb or higher license
  • Fuel, tolls and parking
  • Pickup and drop-off at the point you arrange
  • Complimentary water and onboard oxygen on routes above 4,000 m
  • Valid SOAT and SCTR insurance
  • We track your flight or train: if it's delayed, we adjust the pickup at no cost

What's not included

  • Tour guide: we are transport, not a travel agency
  • Site entrance fees and train tickets: bring them prepaid or carry cash in soles
  • Meals, drinks (beyond water) and lodging
  • Personal expenses

Frequently asked questions

Is the price per vehicle or per person?+

Per vehicle. The fare is the same whether one or several people travel, within the vehicle's capacity.

Is a tour guide included?+

No. We are a transport service: we provide the vehicle and the driver. We don't include a guide, meals or entrance tickets.

Can I arrange the pickup time?+

Yes. You arrange it over WhatsApp. If your service depends on a flight or train, we track the schedule and adjust at no extra cost.

How does payment work?+

Flat fares are paid online, securely and instantly when you book. Quote-based services are arranged over WhatsApp.
